The Argentum Armor deck is the Affinity deck I discussed. The Armor's price point has already largely been set by EDH players, and it being used as a one-of in one deck doesn't give it much room to grow. Look at Summoning Trap. It's a four-of in multiple decks and it's still just a $1.50 card. I included the deck the Armor is in but I just don't see much potential in the Armor.

You're forgetting Argentum Armor. That's a pretty effective answer to Planeswalkers. And players.

I know the Holy Armor deck has already been posted on this site, but you didn't even mention it in your article. I mean, a deck that has a fast clock and can win on turn 2 is worth some attention.

To elaborate, we also have Elspeth and Volition Reins, not exactly the quickest options. Am I missing anything else besides direct damage?

Wraths + Chalice is a much better answer to the aggro decks at this point, and even pyroclasm at the moment is 10x better, just a warning

I mean, I don't like Affinity very much. by the time you get out enough artifacts to make tempered steel matter, you should probably have just gone to fetch up an argentm armor instead

I have a feeling that a few of these will take some time to turn into gains, but some of these are set to *explode* this weekend (see what I did there?)
