Basically any version of Wolf Run is good. I have seen versions running a variety of different colors and they are all good because the titans are such a powerful cycle. I personally like the blue more because it gives you a way to make your deck more consistent while still interacting with your opponent. I am working on updating the current list, but yes this deck is well positioned right now. Everyone has tested games against regular old wolf run, that doesnt mean that they can beat it every game, but they know how to play against it. With this version, you have the rogue deck factor at work on top of playing a solid deck.

Honestly, no. That's why I wanted to play blue in the first place. Between Vapor Snag, Snapcaster, Dungeon Geist, and Garruk, you have plenty to do in the early game to disrupt them. Most decks only have one important early threat anyway and Vapor Snag will deal with it effectively 95% of the time. I know it seems like it would be rough, but honestly blue is the best way to fight Champion of the Parish and Strangleroot Geist which are the prime candidates for early aggression in this format. Snag also resets a flipped Delver which is quite relevant.

has it hard without any type of mass removal against aggro?

Garruk was pretty solid. I did sideboard him out occasionally though, especially against delver game two. I do not personally like the more red heavy splash you are playing, but its not bad though. Dungeon Geist was great for me all day though so consider keeping him in the deck somewhere.

Hey thanks man. I dont think I'm coming out for the invitational no. I'm pretty sure that's when "regionals" is out in Maryland. If I'm wrong though, I'll definitely be out.

– 2x Bonfire of the Damned have been amazing for me
– 3-4x Solemn's are needed just because they help with the 2-4-6 Titan Plan and provide a blocker that just happens to replace itself
-I added Copperline Gorge's to my deck for a more stable mana base and 25 is the sweet spot

Also how was garruk for you??

I probably need one more land, but ponder really smooths things out. 24 lands was a tad low but moving it to 25 I think would help drastically. The mana base insnt as bad as it looks because most of your early plays are single color. Only dungeon geist is double blue and if you want to flash something back with snappy. Obviously rampant and sphere help here a lot, but the two evolving wilds were key also.

I like what this deck does and considered playing something similar for a bit myself, but I always felt like the mana was terrible. Evidently you have no such qualms. Presumably this means that the mana has been pretty good to you?
