It's the nightmare scenario for many of us. Your cards are stolen from your car, lost in a fire, whatever disaster may strike. Either way, it ends up the same. You, without a collection.

How would you cope?

Personally, I've insured my collection to help ease the pain of something like this happening. Other have weighed in here with their thoughts as well. What about you? Do you have a plan?

  1. I should get my cards insured, but not sure how it works. I reckon I will do it when I have a good overview of what I have (to be made in April, robbers please stay away till then…).

  2. I had my cards stolen last summer with about $400 shop value and probable $650+ online value. Write an insurance article! I would be very interested in reading your opinion.

You don’t ever forget it, but a new booster box and some good singles really make you feel better 🙂
