One, you want to be a tarmogoyf deck (pretty self explanatory, but yea). Two, you want as many cheap-ish creatures that have big bodies but lack haste/trample as possible. So something like Jund Shadow seems like a deck that could use it. Also, if you’re like me and are still trying to make G/R goyf/moon work post Looting ban, it seems interesting as cards like Bonecrusher Giant and Rabblemaster definitely like the Crater as well.
